499vit Terms & Conditions

§ 1 Eligibility and Registration

To open and maintain an account on 499vit you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 21+
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities may not register player accounts.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online casino gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of any employee of 499vit or its partner studios and payment providers.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number linked to your primary bKash, Nagad, or bank account.
• You must not already hold an active or previously closed account on 499vit.

§ 2 Account Verification (KYC)

499vit operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with anti-money-laundering best practices. At any point, and especially before processing a first withdrawal, we may require:

• A government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address issued within the last 90 days (utility bill, bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (bKash account screenshot, Nagad registered name confirmation).
• A selfie or live photo for identity confirmation.

Failure to provide requested KYC documents within 14 calendar days may result in suspension of withdrawal rights until documents are received and reviewed.

§ 3 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

All financial transactions on 499vit are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The following conditions apply:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Minimum via bank transfer: ৳1,000.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmed receipt from the payment gateway. 499vit is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider.
• Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days subject to successful KYC verification and compliance review.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless the original method is no longer active, in which case additional documentation will be required.
• 499vit does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals. Mobile financial service providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) may apply their own transaction charges, for which 499vit accepts no responsibility.
• Funds that have been deposited but not played through at least once (1x wagering) are not eligible for immediate withdrawal and may be subject to a processing review.

§ 4 Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on 499vit are subject to individual terms published at the time of the offer. General conditions applicable to all bonuses include:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only. 21+
• The standard welcome bonus offers a 100% match on your first qualifying deposit up to ৳20,000. Wagering requirements apply — see the current promotion page for the applicable multiplier.
• Bonus funds must be wagered through the required number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus may be active at any time. Attempting to activate multiple bonuses simultaneously will result in cancellation of all but the first eligible offer.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• 499vit reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus at any time without prior notice.
• Seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, BPL season, the T20 World Cup, or Pohela Boishakh are subject to their own separate terms published at the time of the promotion.

§ 5 Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

499vit is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following tools are available to all players from the account dashboard:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit in BDT.
• Session time reminders — receive an alert after a pre-set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-off periods — temporarily suspend access to your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-exclusion — permanently close your account and block re-registration for a minimum period of 6 months.

§ 6 Fair Play and Game Integrity

All games offered on the 499vit platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied by our licensed game studio partners, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The following fair play rules apply:

• Players must not use automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any game or betting market on 499vit.
• Collusion between players in live casino games or sports betting markets is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to exploit a technical error, software bug, or pricing anomaly in a manner that creates an unfair advantage will result in the voiding of affected bets and potential account closure.
• Sports betting markets may be suspended or voided at 499vit's discretion where the integrity of an event is in question.

§ 7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 499vit and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Money laundering, fraud, or the use of stolen or unauthorised payment methods.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening an account on behalf of another person (nominee accounts).
• Using a VPN, proxy, or similar technology to mask your true geographic location.
• Any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider information exploitation in sports betting markets.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 499vit support staff or other players in any communication channel.

§ 8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 499vit platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 499vit or its licensed content partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 499vit content without prior written authorisation. Game content supplied by third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of the respective studios and is used under licence.

§ 9 Limitation of Liability

499vit provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• 499vit is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
• We are not responsible for internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or third-party payment delays that affect your gaming session.
• Our total aggregate liability to any single player in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player during the same period.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded.

§ 10 Account Closure and Termination

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time:

• Player-initiated closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting support at support @ 499vit.app. Any real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.
• Platform-initiated closure: 499vit may close or suspend your account immediately and without prior notice if you breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions, if we suspect fraudulent activity, or if continued operation of your account presents a compliance or integrity risk.
• Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. A monthly administration fee of ৳200 may apply to dormant accounts with a positive balance. You will be notified by email before any fee is applied.

§ 11 Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By accepting these Terms & Conditions you also accept the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• We collect personal data necessary to operate your account, process payments, and comply with KYC obligations.
• Your data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
• All data transmitted between your device and 499vit servers is protected by TLS 1.3 encryption.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support @ 499vit.app.

§ 12 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the 499vit platform. In the event of a dispute:

• You must first raise the dispute with 499vit support in writing at support @ 499vit.app, providing full details of the issue.
• 499vit will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 14 calendar days.
• If the dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, both parties agree to seek resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal remedy.
• All formal communications must be in English. 499vit does not accept legal notices in any other language.

§ 13 Amendments to These Terms

499vit reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• The updated version will be published at 499vit.app/terms-conditions with a revised effective date.
• Registered players will be notified by email at least 7 days before material changes take effect.
• Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
• If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes. Any real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method.
