§ 1 Registration and Account Data

When you create a 499vit account, we collect:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID.
• Date of birth (used to verify the 21+ age requirement). 21+
• Mobile phone number (used for OTP verification and account communications).
• Email address (used for account notifications, promotional communications if opted in, and password resets).
• Preferred username and a hashed (never plain-text) version of your password.
• Residential district and division within Bangladesh (used for localisation and responsible gaming geographic monitoring).

§ 2 Identity Verification (KYC) Data

To comply with anti-money-laundering obligations and to verify your identity before processing withdrawals, we may collect:

• Scanned or photographed copies of government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address documents issued within the last 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, or mobile financial service statement from bKash, Nagad, or Rocket).
• A selfie or live photo for biometric comparison against your ID document.

§ 9 Right to Erasure

Please note that we cannot delete data we are legally required to retain (for example, financial transaction records subject to a 7-year retention obligation). Where full deletion is not possible, we will explain which data must be retained and why.

§ 10 Right to Restrict Processing

You may request that 499vit temporarily suspend the processing of your personal data while a data accuracy dispute is being resolved, or while you await the outcome of an objection to processing based on legitimate interest. During a restriction period, we will continue to store your data but will not actively process it beyond what is required by law.

§ 11 Right to Data Portability

§ 12 Right to Object to Marketing
